Creating a callisthenics workout

For my personal project I want to design and implement a workout plan to help a client achieve their callisthenics goals. Callisthenics is a type of resistance training that primarily utilises a person’s own body weight to build strength, mobility, endurance and flexibility. I picked up this sport over a year ago during the pandemic. The pandemic had a massive impact on my life as It prevented me from engaging in physical activity and playing football which was my primary sport at the time. I struggled with maintaining a balance and ended up resorting to a very unhealthy lifestyle; eating excess amounts of junk food and not exercising at all. About three months in I started noticing little changes like how my clothes fit differently, I struggled to sleep at night, and my skin was breaking out more frequently. The pandemic was at its peak about four months in and I was in my worst physical condition ever. I hated this version of myself and decided I needed to change.
