A modelling portfolio

My learning goal for this project is being able to experience a somewhat professional photoshoot. I want to learn the attitude, the poses and the dressing. My life has always been surrounded by fashion, modelling and photography ever since I can remember. My mom has worked for H&M since I was born so, through her job, I was alway taken to photoshoots and shows at a very young age. But As a young kid I didn’t really enjoy it so my mom didn’t force me. Growing up I regret the fact that I didn’t pursue modelling because, today, it’s something that I find extremely interesting. So throughout this project I’m trying to get back to it. I know that I have a unique look and I’m not the shortest or skinniest person. I want to learn how to use my looks to inspire other people. Self love is something I am very passionate about and I want to break societal norms because I, for sure, know that they weren’t created for people like me. It tears you down. I don’t want kids my age that look like me, feeling the same. The industry is also just very exciting. It’s something I’ve wanted to do.
