A running blog to improve wellbeing

For my Personal Project, the main goal is to create a blog to support individuals in improving their mental and physical well-being through running. Running is an activity that I enjoy but am often not motivated to actually fulfil. I thought that doing my Personal Project on running could help me improve my mental and physical well-being as well as improving my motivation to run. Therefore, I will be setting a running goal to try and improve my running performance, which hopefully also improves my motivation to run more regularly. As part of the project, I will also be completing a writing blog. The blog will focus on how running is impacting my physical and mental well-being and documenting my progress towards achieving my running goal.
