INTRODUCTION

We made this broadcast based on Knucklehead, a book that made Grade Four laugh. At first, we thought it was just a read aloud, now it’s the inspiration for our broadcast. Grade Four made it a broadcast so that even if we went back to online learning everyone could still participate. 

First, we took a few days to read our chapters and then experimented and thought about how to change up the words and make it, if possible, funnier! Then, we got to work. We all started to type our chapters. We added our own personalities and our own understandings of the characters and the story itself. 

We broke down the chunks of narration and added more dialogue because we thought it would add to the story and make it more interesting. So our audience (A.K.A you guys), won’t get bored.

Next we added sound effects so it would be more interesting and funny. We used a very useful website called Soundtrap. We downloaded our scripts and we edited them. We didn’t really know what sound effects to do so we tried our best. Everyone in our group listened and gave us feedback to make it better. It was all hard work but we made it at last! We do hope that you will enjoy it!
