Create a training programme for people who have no gym access.

Over this year, I’ve been trying to make myself get bigger and stronger, this is where I realised I had a passion for working out. However, I have only used the gym, therefore completing this project, I will learn about body-weight movements and gain knowledge of Calisthenics. With this knowledge, I will be making a website for people that can’t afford equipment and gym access. By doing this I will be helping people to stay healthy and strong even without equipment.
The reason for me choosing the topic of fitness is because I felt tired all the time and felt kind of depressed. When I started working out, I started feeling way better and it helped me gain structure to each day, and got me more disciplined. Since I started I have gained more than 10 kilos of weight, with most of it being muscle. Although I am still lanky and skinny, I feel better about myself. Therefore, I want to help everybody achieve the same thing I’ve done and feel better about themselves, and make them more fit and stronger.
