Making a vegan cookbook

The reason I chose to create a Vegan cookbook is not simply because of the environmental and health factor but a more personal element. My sister has been healthily partaking in the Vegan diet for over a year now. Because of this, I have decided to participate in this diet 6 out of 7 days a week. A main stigma behind the Vegan diet is that it must be done continuously for all meals; however, eating even 1 vegan meal a day can also take part in those positive impacts. The vegan diet has personally benefited me greatly. A common question that I am asked is, “Do you ever miss meat?” and truthfully I have no cravings for meat. I have noticed that I am more energetic and happier than I was before. My skin has gotten better and just my overall persona feels clean and new.
