My learning goal is to better understand the physical aspects of basketball. I want to be stronger to have better upper body strength for basketball. This interests me because shooting a basketball requires strength and skills. It would give advantage to me and my team If I get stronger and this project can lead me to my goal.
My second goal is to get a physical change in my body transformation during the following 4 months. I will be working out in a home gym, and I will plan and create a workout plan and routine for myself to improve my biceps, triceps core, abs, and more. I want to learn how to create a workout routine, this can help me when I have free time in the future then I have the confidence to design my own workouts.
