Photography exhibition

Before this project, I had little desire to use photography as an artistic expression. I’ve always used photography as a technique to create beautiful images and have never tried to convey abstract or literal ideas. After looking at fine art photography, I’ve recently developed a renewed love for using photography to imitate or portray human emotions. I got inspired to do this since I think the most wonderful thing about photography is that it is both an art form and an art form with countless potentials. I was inspired to do this when I first went to a national geographic walk and found out that the award winners did not just take photos of a random setting/object, instead each and every one of their photographs had a meaning behind them, which is why I wanted to make an impactful photo, instead of just one being aesthetic.
