My learning goal of this project is to explore and further develop upon my narrating and communication skills, being able to clearly show my thoughts and ideas through artistic expression and making effective connections for readers to understand. Nowadays, the best way to truly communicate something is through a form of media that can be seen, and I believe that a novel is the best way to truly tell and express thoughts and emotions as a story that can be resonated with, henceforth I have chosen to use writing as my way of developing expression skills. My personal project is to write a novel arc based and packaged in a medieval fantasy setting, while applying real life knowledge and creating parallels between the world of fiction and the world of our own. Examples of such similarities or parallels will be written using metaphorical and both direct and indirect callbacks towards events, reflecting on the state of our world today.
